Shipping Policy

We currently ship physical products to UK addresses only. Orders are packed by hand and normally leave us within two working days.

At checkout, choose Royal Mail 2nd Class for £3.95 (usually 2–3 working days) or Royal Mail 1st Class for £5.15 (usually 1–2 working days). These are delivery aims, not guarantees.

Spend £50 or more on physical goods and standard Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping is free. The free option is applied automatically at checkout.

We will email your order confirmation straight away. Once your order is dispatched, your account will show the fulfilment update. Royal Mail tracking and label automation will follow when our carrier integration is live.

If something arrives damaged, is missing, or you need help with an order, contact us within 14 days at [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue.
